At Damien Foundation, we are committed to creating a safe and respectful environment for everyone. We take allegations of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) very seriously. This page provides information on how to report any incidents or concerns you may have.
Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH) refers to any act of sexual violence or coercion, including but not limited to:
– Sexual abuse: Any form of sexual activity that occurs without consent.
– Sexual exploitation: Abuse of a position of vulnerability to extract sexual gain.
– Sexual harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
– Confidentiality: All reports will be treated confidentially. Your identity will be protected as much as possible.
– No Retaliation: You will not face any retaliation for reporting SEAH incidents. We encourage you to come forward without fear.
Damien Foundation (DFB) is a non-profit medical organization that works with the Federal Government of Nigeria to combat tuberculosis (TB) and leprosy.
